We have a food trailer that allows us to accommodate functions of any size. Having a small backyard kids party and want hot dogs & burgers? We do that. Having an employee appreciation lunch and want a pig roast to feed 150 employees? We also do that. Want a seafood boil for an intimate wedding celebration for 50 people? We do that too. Pig Roasts by MBD
We specialize in Pig Roasting in our La Caja China roasting boxes. By roasting the pig the way we do, the pig comes out juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. We can roast at your location or drop off a fully roasted whole pig to you. A fully roasted 50lb pig in about 4-5 hours to feed your large crowd. Many options and price points available - just let us know what you have in mind. Daily Bites - COMING SOON
Long day? Too tired to cook? Let us make dinner for you! New menu posted every week. You pick the meals you want to order. A full order serves a family of four for $50. A half order serves two for $30. You can pick up or we can deliver to you for a fee (Marion County ONLY). Order as late as 5pm the night before pick-up. Pay when you pick up via cash or credit card.
