Mike's Big Dawgs, Pig Roasts, & Catering delivers "Food With Attitude" with our NYC style Hot Dog Cart or Food Truck with full kitchen. How We Do It...
We have a food truck/trailer & a food cart (NY Style Hot Dog Cart) so we can accommodate functions of any size. Having a small backyard kids party and want a NYC style hot dog cart there? We do that. Having an employee appreciation lunch and want to feed 150 employees? We also do that. Want a wedding pig roast celebration for 200 people? We do that too. We are now based out of Ocala, Florida. You can find us at events all over Marion, Alachua, & Sumter Counties as well as the Tampa, Brandon, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Orlando areas. We specialize in Pig Roasting in our La Caja China roasting boxes. We can roast at your location or drop off a fully roasted whole pig to you. A fully roasted 50lb pig in about 4-5 hours to feed your large crowd. Many options and price points available - just let us know what you have in mind. Long day? Too tired to cook? Let us make dinner for you! New menu posted every week. You pick the meals you want to order. A full order serves a family of four for $50. A half order serves two for $30. You can pick up or we can deliver to you for a fee (Marion County ONLY). Order as late as 5pm the night before pick-up. Pay when you pick up via cash or credit card.
